Certifications can be obtained either through online sessions using Zoom

or in-person at a physical location such as a club.

You're almost there! After successfully completing your initial training, the last step to achieving full certification is to submit an assessment video.

Introducing POWER®, an invigorating and demanding exercise regimen designed to enhance muscle tone, strength, and endurance. This innovative training program employs a specialized bar equipped with adaptable weights,

KIMAX® is performed with a free-standing kicking boxing bag, designed exclusively for this class, using boxing gloves.

UBOUND® is a high-intensity, low-impact workout on a mini trampoline that burns around 900 calories per session.

MEGADANZ® is the rhythm program of Radical Fitness® and is the answer for anyone who loves to dance

X55® is specially designed to burn calories and at the same time to work and tone your legs and glutes.

TOP RIDE® is a dynamic indoor cycling program as it has three individual class formats to provide the ultimate in physical conditioning and training for any avid cycle lover. Full day, race day and climb day.

HYPER C® - the best core HIIT program, providing an intense and effective workout for the abs and glutes!

FACTOR F® offers two very simple and intense training programs in a 30 minute formats and is specifically designed to achieve real and quick results in terms of physical conditioning, calorie burning and muscle toning.

Ubound is my absolute favourite high energy cardio. The music sets the pace to match the

beat in Ubound. I love that the choreography isn’t long and complicated! It’s so easy to

remember. The moves and combinations are awesome, you get that high intensity interval

cardio that really works for everyone, with lots of positive experiences!

Power is exactly what I would want in a bar class. The beat drives the rhythm for execution,

that elevates and motivates you more. Some of the tempo allows you to create depth in the

movements. I love that you can either choose to increase your resistance or go endurance or

power cardio! My favourite thing about Power is the super series where you get to train a

muscle group over 3 tracks 💪 The formats are innovative and I love that it is different.

I love the cutting edge of new training with Radical Fitness, it’s also the latest in fun training

and there is something for everyone in each program.

The teaching in each certification is amazing and really informative.

I like to think the experience I give to the members is positive, high energy and inspired

Hey all, my name is Effie and Radical Fitness

changed my life.

I have been an instructor for a very long time and group fitness is my passion, I love the

fitness industry.... then along came Radical Fitness and it was a game changer. The

certifications were so informative I just could not wait to teach. These programs changed

me as an instructor, they made me stronger, fitter, more confident and more passionate

then ever before.

Top ride is my program, I had taught cycle BUT Top Ride was the Gold class. The

program has different formats, it pushes you to a limit you think you could never get too.

The bike room is always full, as the program challenged everyone . Needless to say, this

was my new superhero and all the members love it. Top Ride offers climb day, full day

and race day and it is so dynamic that you burn well over 800 calories. If you have time

restraint and can only fit in a quick class well this will cover everything for you, not to

I have been teaching Radical group fitness classes for many years now and I love the variety of music that RF uses. The programs are all professionally and cleverly choreographed. It is hard to pick a favourite programme because they are all so good and offer such a variety of classes that offer something to suit everyone. Oxigeno is loved by my older attendees as they feel so good when they leave the class. Power is very popular with runners as it helps their strength enabling improved performance. Top Ride supports anyone wanting to get into fitness as they can do it at their own pace and also extends the fittest person at the same time. RF is the best!!
